All Children’s Hospital was kind enough to give two Dimmitt associates the chance to tour their simulation lab. This state of the art facility features training equipment that prepares hospital staff members for real world scenarios. Brandi Squires and David Roberson enjoyed their visit and the opportunity to learn about their impressive facilities and unique culture.
With the world of healthcare changing at record speed, leaders and employees at All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida stopped to map out their direction with a new culture statement. “We’re putting it out there to show what we stand for…our culture shows who we are as an organization.”
From the visionary leadership of Dr. Jonathan Ellen to the determined dedication of employees who work behind-the-scenes, the new culture statement highlights All Children’s Hospital commitment to embrace change through collaboration and mutual respect, and to bring inspiration and hope to children and families.
As a member of Johns Hopkins Medicine, All Children’s Hospital is advancing children’s health through innovation in treatment, research and education. With more than 3,000 employees committed to live the culture of All Children’s Hospital, great things are possible-and happening already.
